• Technical Consulting for trouble-shooting
  The technical teams of CENCAL visit the company in a short period after the request of our services. In the company, after identifying the problem and if needed they collect samples to test at CENCAL Laboratory. If no samples are needed, then causes are immediately identified, solutions are presented, with detailed explanations and orientations leading to solution and return to normal ceramic processing. This service aims at earthenware, porcelain or stoneware companies, brick, flat vault brick or roof-tile industries.
  
  
• Technical Consulting for Analytical Problem Solving of Ceramic Companies
  Companies interested in this service establish an assistance contract with CENCAL. This contract settles the number of visits per month of technicians, the type of process control required, detailed according to the needs of each company. The technicians of CENCAL will also visit the company whenever a problem might occur, beyond the regular visits established in the contract. Significant changes on quality and productivity can be observed in companies benefiting from our services for more than a year.
